Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions;
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 24 hours after delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in the same condition as received with all original accessories, packaging and documentation included.
- Used iPhones & Devices: Devices must not show additional damage or modifications after delivery.
- Items cannot be returned due to a change of mind or without a valid reason.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Products with prefix "00"
- Products with intentional damage, unauthorized repairs, or tampering.
Refunds
- Approval Process: After returned item is received, approval for return will be sent.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to initial payment method within 3 business days, depending on bank or payment gateway. Please contact us immediately for issues concerning refunds.
- Store Credit: Refunds may also be issued as store credit (equal to the value of the returned item, excluding shipping cost).
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., missing accessories or damaged packaging,).
Exchanges
- After a defective or faulty item is confirmed, an exchange for the same product or store credit will be provided
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost if photos prove True.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once an order is shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.
